BeitenactedbytheGeneralAssemblyofthestateofMissouri,asfollows:
SectionA.Section542.525,RSMo,isrepealedandtwonewsectionsenactedinlieu
2thereof,tobeknownassections252.047and542.525,toreadasfollows:
252.047.1.Thecommissionshallnotrequireanyresidentornonresident
2landowner,assuchtermsaredefinedbyrulespromulgatedbythecommission,to
3registerthelandowner'spropertybeforereceivinganylandownerhuntingpermitorto
4possessanyhuntingpermittotakewildlifeonthelandowner'sproperty.Anyexisting
5orfuturerequirementforalandownertoregisterthelandowner'spropertytoreceive
6anylandownerhuntingpermitisherebyvoid.
7 2.Thecommissionshallissueanylandownerhuntingpermitrequestedbyany
8residentornonresidentlandownerwhoownsatleastfiveacresofrealpropertyand
9requestssuchlandownerhuntingpermit.
10 3.(1)Asusedinthissubsection,theterm"immediatefamilymemberofthe
11landowner"meansalandowner'sspouse,child,stepchild,sibling,stepsibling,parent,
12stepparent,grandparent,grandchild,andanypersoninanadoptiverelationshipwith
13thelandowner.
14 (2)Alandownerwhoqualifiesforanylandownerhuntingpermitunderthis
15sectionmayrequestanyhuntingpermitauthorizingthetakingofwildlifeonthe
16landowner'spropertyforaspecifiedtwo-dayperiodonbehalfofonenonresident
17immediatefamilymemberofthelandowner.Nomorethanonerequestshallbemadein
18acalendaryearunderthissubsection.

2placeanysurveillancecameraorgamecameraonprivatepropertywithoutfirstobtaining
3consentfromthelandownerorthelandowner'sdesignee[;] orasearchwarrantasrequiredby
4andunderArticleI,Section15oftheConstitutionofMissouriortheFourthandFourteenth
5AmendmentsoftheConstitutionoftheUnitedStates[; orpermissionfromthehighestranking
6lawenforcementchieforofficeroftheagencyorpoliticalsubdivision,providedthat
7permissionofthehighestrankinglawenforcementchieforofficeroftheagencyorpolitical
8subdivisionisvalidonlywhenthecameraisfacingalocationthatisopentopublicaccessor
9useandthecameraislocatedwithinonehundredfeetoftheintendedsurveillancelocation].
