19morethanoneyearpreliminaryterminsurancebyincorporatingintheprovisionsthereof,
20specifyingthepremiumconsiderationtobereceived,aclauseplainlyshowingthatthefirst
21year'sinsuranceundersuchpoliciesisterminsurance,purchasedbythewholeorapartofthe
22premiumtobereceivedduringthefirstpolicyyearandshallbevaluedaccordingly;provided,
23thatifthepremiumchargedforterminsuranceunderalimitedpaymentlifepreliminaryterm
24policyprovidingforthepaymentofallpremiumsthereoninlessthantwentyyearsfromthe
25dateofthepolicy,orunderanendowmentpreliminarytermpolicy,exceedsthatchargedfor
26lifeinsurancetwentypaymentlifepreliminarytermpoliciesofthesamecompany,thereserve
