117 14.Theauthorityshallmakeavailableasetofstandardsthatshallbeusedby
118licensedmarijuanaprocessorsinthepreparationofediblemarijuanaproductswithin
119sixtydaysoftheenactmentofthissection.Thestandardsshouldbeinlinewithcurrent

144"MarijuanaAdvisoryCouncil",whichisherebyestablished,whoaremarijuana
145industryexperts,tocreatealistoffoodsafetystandardsforgrowing,processing,and
146handlingmarijuanainMissouri.Thestandardsshallbeadoptedbytheauthority,and
147theauthoritymayenforcethestandardsforlicensedmarijuanaprocessors.The
148authorityshalldevelopastandardsreviewprocedure,andthestandardsmaybealtered
149bycallinganothercouncilconsistingoftwelvemarijuanaindustryexperts.Amember
150ofeithercouncilshallnothaveownershipinterestinorbeanemployeeofamedical
151marijuanaentitylicensedunderArticleXIVoftheConstitutionofMissouri.Asigned

196.3032.1.Atemporarymarijuanatransporterlicenseoranannual
2marijuanatransporterlicenseshallbeissuedtoqualifyingapplicantsforamarijuana
3retaildispensary,marijuanacommercialgrower,ormarijuanaprocessorlicense.The
4temporaryorannualmarijuanatransporterlicenseshallbeissuedatthetimeof

38products.Eachwarehouseshallberegisteredandinspectedbytheauthoritypriortoits
39useandshallmeetallsecurityrequirementsdeterminedbytheauthority.
40 11.Withtheexceptionofalawfultransferbetweenmarijuanabusinessesthat
41arelicensedtooperateatthesamephysicaladdress,allmarijuana,marijuana
42concentrate,andmarijuanaproductsshallbetransported:
43 (1)Inavehicleequippedwithaglobalpositioningsystem(GPS)tracker;
44 (2)Inalockedcontainerclearlylabeled"MarijuanaorDerivative";and
45 (3)Inasecuredareaofthevehiclethatisnotaccessiblebythedriverduring
46transit.
47 12.Amarijuanatransporteragentmaypossessmarijuanaatanylocationwhile
48themarijuanatransporteragentistransferringmarijuanatoorfromalicensed
49marijuanabusiness.Thedepartmentshalladministerandenforcetheprovisionsofthis
50sectionconcerningtransportation.
51 13.Theauthorityshallissueamarijuanatransporteragentlicensetoindividual
52agents,employees,officers,orownersofamarijuanatransporterlicenseinorderforthe
53individualtoqualifytotransportmarijuana,marijuanaconcentrate,ormarijuana
54products.
55 14.Theannualfeeforamarijuanatransporteragentlicenseshallbetwenty-five
56dollarsandshallbepaidbythemarijuanatransporterlicenseholderortheindividual
