Provides that a teacher shall not bring a cause of action against a school district based on such district's policy of using traditional honorific titles for teachers
Authorizes the Governor to transfer the powers, duties, personnel, and property of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to other state agencies
Establishes the "Media Literacy and Critical Thinking" pilot program requiring DESE to select 5-7 school districts to address the components of media literacy during the 2024-25 and 2025-26 school years
Provides that the State Board of Education shall cause its annual report to be published on the website of the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
