6969 55Suchfundsshallbedepositedwiththecitytreasurerofeachsuchcity,andall
7070 56expendituresoffundsarisingfromthetrustfundshallbebyanappropriationacttobe
7171 57enactedbythegoverningbodyofeachsuchcity.Expendituresmaybemadefromthe
7272 58fundforanyfunctionsauthorizedintheordinanceororderadoptedbythegoverning

7474 60 6.Thedirectorofrevenuemaymakerefundsfromtheamountsinthetrustfund
