320.336.1.Nopublicorprivateemployershallterminateanemployeeforjoining
2anyfiredepartmentorfireprotectiondistrict,includingbutnotlimitedtoanymunicipal,
3volunteer,rural,orsubscriptionfiredepartmentororganizationoranyvolunteerfire
4protectionassociation,asavolunteerfirefighter,ortheMissouri-1DisasterMedical
5AssistanceTeam,MissouriTaskForceOne,orUrbanSearchandRescueTeam,orbeing
6activatedtoanationaldisasterresponsebytheFederalEmergencyManagementAgency

39employmentrights,reemploymentrights,retentioninemploymentrights,promotion
40rights,anddiscriminationprotectionsprovidedbyTitle38oftheUnitedStatesCode,
41theRevisedStatutesofMissouri,andallamendmentsthereto.Theattorneygeneral
