9 (2)Thepreparationanddistributionofmodelcomplaints,informations,indictments, 10instructions,searchwarrants,interrogationadvices,andothercommonandappropriate 11documentsemployedintheadministrationofcriminaljustice; 12 (3)Thepreparationanddistributionofabasicprosecutor'smanualandother 13educationalmaterials; 14 (4)Thepromotionofandassistanceinthetrainingofprosecutingattorneysand 15circuitattorneyonastatewidebasis;
