8282 70Eachtrainingsessionshallinformandeducateparticipantsonpersonalwatercraft
8383 71operationandtechniquesandproceduresforpatrolonthewater.Traineesshallbe
8484 72requiredtospendtimewithdivisionofwaterpatrolofficers,observingtheiractivities
8585 73onthewater.Uponsuccessfulcompletionofthetrainingprogram,traineesshallreceive
8686 74acertificateallowingthemtoparticipateinpersonalwatercraftpatrolactivitiesonlakes
8787 75havingmorethanonethousandonehundredmilesofshoreline.
8888 76 7.Thetaskforceshallestablishmembershiprequirementsforparticipatingin
8989 77thepersonalwatercraftpatrol,whichshallincludecompletionofthepersonal
9090 78watercraftpatroltrainingprogramestablishedundersubsection6ofthissection.
9191 79Membersofthepersonalwatercraftpatrolwhoarelawenforcementofficersshallbe
