79	79	67patrolwhoarelawenforcementofficersshallhavethepowerofarrestandshallcarry

81	81	69 6.Thetaskforceshallestablishapersonalwatercraftpatroltrainingprogram.
82	82	70Eachtrainingsessionshallinformandeducateparticipantsonpersonalwatercraft
83	83	71operationandtechniquesandproceduresforpatrolonthewater.Traineesshallbe
84	84	72requiredtospendtimewithdivisionofwaterpatrolofficers,observingtheiractivities
85	85	73onthewater.Uponsuccessfulcompletionofthetrainingprogram,traineesshallreceive
86	86	74acertificateallowingthemtoparticipateinpersonalwatercraftpatrolactivitiesonlakes
87	87	75havingmorethanonethousandonehundredmilesofshoreline.
88	88	76 7.Thetaskforceshallestablishmembershiprequirementsforparticipatingin

91	91	79Membersofthepersonalwatercraftpatrolwhoarelawenforcementofficersshallbe
