11	11	2adventofdigitalassetslikeBitcoin,whichhasamarketcapitalizationofapproximatelyone

15	15	6realmofexchange-tradedfunds(ETFs);and

18	18	9BitcoinETF,signalinggrowinginstitutionalinterestinsuchinvestmentvehicles;and

28	28	19oftheeconomy,includingcommoditiessuchasgoldandsilverwhicharetraditionally

35	35	27RepresentativesoftheOneHundredSecondGeneralAssembly,SecondRegularSession,the
36	36	28Senateconcurringtherein,herebyrecognizetheemergingroleofBitcoinandotherdigital
37	37	29assetsinthemodernfinancialecosystem,particularlyinthecontextofETFsandencourage
38	38	30stateretirementagenciestoconsidertheimplicationsofincludingadigital-assetETFintheir
39	39	31investmentportfolios;and
