11	11	2thereof,tobeknownassection87.006,toreadasfollows:
12	12	87.006.1.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofanylawtothecontrary,andonlyforthe
13	13	2purposeofcomputingretirementbenefitsprovidedbyanestablishedretirementplan,after
14	14	3fiveyears'service,anyconditionofimpairmentofhealthcausedbyanyinfectiousdisease,
15	15	4diseaseofthelungsorrespiratorytract,hypotension,hypertension,ordiseaseoftheheart
16	16	5resultingintotalorpartialdisabilityordeathtoauniformedmemberofapaidfiredepartment
17	17	6orpaidfireandexplosioninvestigator, whosuccessfullypassedaphysicalexamination
18	18	7withinfiveyearspriortothetimeaclaimismadeforsuchdisabilityordeath,which
19	19	8examinationfailedtorevealanyevidenceofsuchcondition,shallbepresumedtohavebeen
20	20	9sufferedinthelineofduty,unlessthecontrarybeshownbycompetentevidence.Inorderto
21	21	10receivethepresumptionthataninfectiousdiseasewascontractedinthelineofduty,the
22	22	11memberorinvestigatorshallsubmittoanannualphysicalexamination,atwhichabloodtest
23	23	12isadministered.
24	24	13 2.Anyconditionofcanceraffectingtheskinorthecentralnervous,lymphatic,
25	25	14digestive,hematological,urinary,skeletal,oral,breast,testicular,genitourinary,liveror
26	26	15prostatesystems,aswellasanyconditionofcancerwhichmayresultfromexposuretoheat
27	27	16orradiationortoaknownorsuspectedcarcinogenasdeterminedbytheInternationalAgency
28	28	17forResearchonCancer,whichresultsinthetotalorpartialdisabilityordeathtoauniformed
