1212 87.006.1.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofanylawtothecontrary,andonlyforthe

1717 6orpaidfireandexplosioninvestigator, whosuccessfullypassedaphysicalexamination
1818 7withinfiveyearspriortothetimeaclaimismadeforsuchdisabilityordeath,which
1919 8examinationfailedtorevealanyevidenceofsuchcondition,shallbepresumedtohavebeen
2020 9sufferedinthelineofduty,unlessthecontrarybeshownbycompetentevidence.Inorderto
2121 10receivethepresumptionthataninfectiousdiseasewascontractedinthelineofduty,the
2222 11memberorinvestigatorshallsubmittoanannualphysicalexamination,atwhichabloodtest

2424 13 2.Anyconditionofcanceraffectingtheskinorthecentralnervous,lymphatic,
2525 14digestive,hematological,urinary,skeletal,oral,breast,testicular,genitourinary,liveror
2626 15prostatesystems,aswellasanyconditionofcancerwhichmayresultfromexposuretoheat
2727 16orradiationortoaknownorsuspectedcarcinogenasdeterminedbytheInternationalAgency
2828 17forResearchonCancer,whichresultsinthetotalorpartialdisabilityordeathtoauniformed
