7473 21 3.NonprofitorganizationswhoseapplicationsforfundingthroughtheFederal
7574 22EmergencyManagementAgency'snonprofitsecuritygrantprogramhavebeen
7675 23approvedbythedepartmentofpublicsafetyofficeofhomelandsecurityareeligible
7776 24forgrantsfromthefund.Noadditionalapplicationshallberequiredforgrantsfrom
7877 25thefundandanapplicationforagrantfromthefederalprogramisalsoanapplication
7978 26forfundingfromthefund.
8079 27 4.Aneligibleorganizationmayreceiveagrantfromthefundofuptofive
8180 28percentoftheavailablegrantpoolfordistribution.Nograntsunderthefundshallbe
8281 29awardeduntiltheannouncementoftherecipientsandtheamountofthegrants
8382 30awardedunderthefederalnonprofitsecuritygrantprogram.
8483 31 5.Nomorethanfivepercentoftheavailablefundsavailableannuallyshallbe
8584 32usedforadministrationexpensesassociatedwiththefund.
8685 33 6.Thedirectormaypromulgateallnecessaryrulesandregulationsforthe
8786 34administrationofthissection.Anyruleorportionofarule,asthattermisdefinedin
8887 35section536.010,thatiscreatedundertheauthoritydelegatedinthissectionshall
8988 36becomeeffectiveonlyifitcomplieswithandissubjecttoalloftheprovisionsofchapter
9089 37536and,ifapplicable,section536.028.Thissectionandchapter536arenonseverable
