5858 46federal,private,orothersources.Thestatetreasurershallbecustodianofthefund.In

8181 69section536.010,thatiscreatedundertheauthoritydelegatedinthissectionshall
8282 70becomeeffectiveonlyifitcomplieswithandissubjecttoalloftheprovisionsofchapter
8383 71536and,ifapplicable,section536.028.Thissectionandchapter536arenonseverable
8484 72andifanyofthepowersvestedwiththegeneralassemblypursuanttochapter536to
