96 (d)Foremployeespaidonapiecerateorafee-for-servicebasis,thesamehourlyrate 97shallbeareasonablecalculationofthewagesorfeestheemployeewouldhavereceivedfor 98thepiecework,service,orpartthereof,iftheemployeehadworked.Regardlessofthebasis 99used,thesamehourlyrateshallnotbelessthantheeffectiveminimumwagespecifiedin 100section290.502;
