5251 29programorprograms,andchildcareforchildrenofthestudentsattendingthehighschools;
5352 30 (2)Demonstratetheabilitytocommitatleastfivehundredthousanddollarsforthe
5453 31purposeofestablishingthenecessaryinfrastructureattheadulthighschool;
5554 32 (3)Demonstratesubstantialandpositiveexperienceinprovidingservices,including

9190 68studentsonlineasmaybeappropriate.However,studentsshallnotcompletethemajorityof
9291 69instructionoftheschool'scurriculumonlineorthroughremoteinstruction.Forthepurposes
