5050 38duringthetwelvemonthsimmediatelyprecedingthedateofthehearingscreening
5151 39requiredunderthissection.
5252 40 6.Thedepartmentofelementaryandsecondaryeducation,inconsultationwith
5353 41thedepartmentofhealthandseniorservices,shalldevelopamodelhearingscreening
5454 42programthatsatisfiesallrequirementsofthissection.Aschooldistrictmayadoptor
5555 43adaptsuchmodelpolicytoconductthehearingscreeningsrequiredunderthissection.
5656 44 7.Thedepartmentofelementaryandsecondaryeducation,inconsultationwith
5757 45thedepartmentofhealthandseniorservices,maypromulgateallnecessaryrulesand
5858 46regulationsfortheadministrationofthissection.Anyruleorportionofarule,asthat
5959 47termisdefinedinsection536.010,thatiscreatedundertheauthoritydelegatedinthis
6060 48sectionshallbecomeeffectiveonlyifitcomplieswithandissubjecttoallofthe
6161 49provisionsofchapter536and,ifapplicable,section536.028.Thissectionandchapter
6262 50536arenonseverableandifanyofthepowersvestedwiththegeneralassembly
