1212 644.021.1.Thereisherebycreatedawatercontaminantcontrolagencytobeknown
1313 2asthe"CleanWaterCommissionoftheStateofMissouri",whosedomicileforthepurposes
1414 3ofsections644.006to644.141shallbedeemedtobethatofthedepartmentofnatural
1515 4resources.Thecommissionshallconsistofsevenmembersappointedbythegovernorwith
1616 5theadviceandconsentofthesenate.Nomorethanfourofthemembersshallbelongtothe
