3737 84.020.1.Inallcities[ofthisstatethatnowhave,ormayhereafterattain,a

3939 3andisherebyestablished,withinandforsaidcities,aboardofpolicecommissioners, to
4040 4consistoffourcitizencommissioners,asprovidedinsections84.040to84.080,tobethe

5252 16benominatedfororholdanyotherelectiveorappointedpoliticaloffice.Ifanycitizen
5353 17commissionerisnominatedfororelectedtoanyelectiveorappointedpoliticaloffice,
5454 18suchcommissionershallforfeittheappointmentandshallimmediatelyvacatehisorher
5555 19office.Themayorofacitynotwithinacountyshallautomaticallybeamemberofthe
