115.105.1.Thechairofthecountycommitteeofeachpoliticalpartynamedonthe
2ballotshallhavetherighttodesignateachallengerforeachpollingplace,whomaybe
3present[untilall]whileballotsarecaston[thedayof]electionday,orinfirstclasscounties
4andchartercounties,duringtheabsenteevotingperiod, andachallengerforeachlocation
5atwhichabsenteeballotsarecounted,whomaybepresentwhiletheballotsarebeing
6preparedforcountingandcounted.Nolaterthanfourbusinessdaysbefore[theelection] a
7challengermayenterapollinglocation, thechairofeachcountycommitteeofeach
8politicalpartynamedontheballotshallprovidesignedofficialdesignationformswiththe

26 4.Allpersonsselectedaschallengersshallhavethesamequalificationsrequiredby

3counted.Nolaterthanfourbusinessdaysbeforeawatchermayenterapollingor
4countinglocation,thechairofeachcountycommitteeofeachpoliticalpartynamedon
5theballotshallprovidesignedofficialdesignationformswiththenamesofthe
6designatedwatchersandsubstitutestothelocalelectionauthorityforconfirmationof
7eligibilitytoserveasawatcher.Thelocalelectionauthority,afterverifyingtheeligibility
8ofeachdesignatedandsubstitutewatcher,shallsignoffontheofficialdesignation
9forms,unlessthewatcherisfoundnottohavethequalificationsestablishedby
10subsection5ofthissection.Iftheelectionauthoritydeterminesthatawatcherdoesnot

4newspaperofgeneralcirculationinitsjurisdiction.Thenoticeshallincludethenameofthe
5officeroragencycallingtheelection,thedateandtimeoftheelection,thenameoftheoffice
6tobefilledandthedatebywhichcandidatesmustbeselectedorfiledfortheoffice.Within
7oneweekpriortoeachspecialelectiontofillavacancyheldinitsjurisdiction,theelection
8authorityshallcauselegalnoticeoftheelectiontobepublishedintwonewspapersof
9differentpoliticalfaithandgeneralcirculationinthejurisdiction.Thelegalnoticeshall
10includethedateandtimeoftheelection,thenameoftheofficeroragencycallingtheelection
11andasampleballot.Ifthereisonlyonenewspaperofgeneralcirculationinthejurisdiction,
