1919 8 (1)Completinganapplicationforaneworreneweddriver'slicense,nondriver
2020 9identificationcard,driver'spermit,orcertificationofsuperviseddrivingthatisnota
2121 10requestforduplicationofalostorstolencardwiththedepartmentofrevenueor
2222 11notifyingthedepartmentinwritingofachangeinhisorhernameormailingaddress;
2323 12 (2)Completinganapplicationforservicesorrenewalofservicesorchangeof
2424 13addressrelatingtoservicesfromthedepartmentofsocialservices;
2525 14 (3)Completinganapplicationforservicesorrenewalofservicesorchangeof
2626 15addressrelatingtoservicesfromalocalhousingauthority;
2727 16 (4)RegisteringforclassesataninstitutionoftheUniversityofMissourisystem;

4040 28includesuchrecommendationsonvoterregistrationlists,subjecttoexistingverification
4141 29proceduresfordeterminingwhetheranindividualiseligibletoregistertovoteand
4242 30eligibletovote.Localelectionauthoritiesshallretainfulljurisdictionandpowerto
4343 31declinetoregisterindividualsnotverifiedtobeeligibletovoteandtoremovethenames
4444 32ofindividualswhoarenolongereligibletovotefromvoterregistrationlists.
4545 33 5.Withintwomonthsofreceiptofaproposedvoterregistrationlist,butpriorto
4646 34includingarecommendedindividualonavoterregistrationlist,thelocalelection
4747 35authorityshallsendnoticeofpotentialautomaticregistrationwhichshallincludea
4848 36postage-paidpostcardforpurposesofdecliningregistration.If,afteraperiodofone
4949 37month,thepostcardisnotreturnedtothelocalelectionauthority,theindividual'sname
5050 38shallbeaddedtothevoterregistrationlist,exceptthatanytimeapostcardisreceived,
5151 39theindividual'snameshallberemovedfromthevoterregistrationlist.Thissubsection
5252 40shallnotbeconstruedtopreventremovalfromvoterregistrationlistsbyanyother
5353 41methodallowedunderthischapter.
5454 42 6.Theprovisionsofthissectionallowforautomaticvoterregistrationin
5555 43additiontoanyothermethodofregistrationallowedunderthischapterandshallnotbe
5656 44interpretedtoinvalidateanyothermethodforvoterregistration.
5757 45 7.Theprovisionsofthissectionwithregardtothesecretaryofstate,state
5858 46departmentsandagencies,andlocalelectionauthoritiesshallbesubjecttothe
5959 47appropriationandpaymentoffundsnecessarytoconductautomaticvoterregistration
6060 48andverificationprocedures.
6161 49 8.Thesecretaryofstatemaypromulgateallnecessaryrulesforthe
6262 50administrationofthissection.Anyruleorportionofarule,asthattermisdefined
6363 51insection536.010,thatiscreatedundertheauthoritydelegatedinthissectionshall
6464 52becomeeffectiveonlyifitcomplieswithandissubjecttoalloftheprovisionsofchapter
