19wasreceivedbytheagent,andshallnotbetransferredtotheaccountofanyotheragentor 20person,otherthanthecommitteetreasurer. 21 2.Unlessacontributionisrejectedbythecandidateorcommitteeandreturnedtothe 22donorortransmittedtothestatetreasurerwithintenbusinessdaysafteritsreceipt,itshallbe 23consideredreceivedandacceptedonthedatereceived,notwithstandingthefactthatitwas 24notdepositedbytheclosingdateofareportingperiod. 25 3.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsection130.041thatonlycontributorsofmore 26thanonehundreddollarsshallbereportedbynameandaddressforallcommittees,the
