1111 2thereof,tobeknownassection313.820,toreadasfollows:
1212 313.820.1.(1)Anexcursionboatlicenseeshallpaytothecommissionanadmission
1313 2feeof[two]fourdollarsforeachpersonembarkingonanexcursiongamblingboat[witha
1414 3ticketofadmission]. Onedollarofsuchfeeshallbedepositedtothecreditofthegaming
1515 4commissionfundasauthorizedpursuanttosection313.835,[and]onedollarofsuchfeeshall
1616 5notbeconsideredstatefundsandshallbepaidtothehomedockcityorcounty, andtwo
1717 6dollarsofsuchfeeshallbepaidtotheveteranscommissioncapitalimprovementtrust
1818 7fundbeginningontheeffectivedateofthissection. Subjecttoappropriation,onecentof
1919 8suchfeedepositedtothecreditofthegamingcommissionfundmaybedepositedtothecredit

2323 12Ifticketsareissuedwhicharegoodformorethanoneexcursion,theadmissionfeeshallbe
2424 13paidtothecommissionforeachpersonusingtheticketoneachexcursionthattheticketis
2525 14used.Iffreepassesorcomplimentaryadmissionticketsareissued,theexcursionboat
2626 15licenseeshallpaytothecommissionthesamefeeuponthesepassesorcomplimentarytickets
2727 16asiftheyweresoldattheregularandusualadmissionrate;however,theexcursionboat
2828 17licenseemayissuefee-freepassestoactualandnecessaryofficialsandemployeesofthe

3636 24revisedfeeineffectatthebeginningoftheimmediatelyfollowingfiscalyear.
3737 25 2.Alllicenseesaresubjecttoallincometaxes,salestaxes,earningstaxes,usetaxes,
3838 26propertytaxesoranyothertaxorfeenoworhereafterlawfullyleviedbyanypolitical
3939 27subdivision;however,nootherlicensetax,permittax,occupationtax,excursionfee,ortaxes
4040 28orfeesshallbeimposed,leviedorassessedexclusivelyuponlicenseesbyapolitical
4141 29subdivision.Allstatetaxesnotconnecteddirectlytogamblinggamesshallbecollectedby
4242 30thedepartmentofrevenue.Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsection32.057tothecontrary,
4343 31thedepartmentofrevenuemayfurnishandthecommissionmayreceivetaxinformationto
4444 32determineifapplicantsorlicenseesarecomplyingwiththetaxlawsofthisstate;however,
4545 33anytaxinformationacquiredbythecommissionshallnotbecomepublicrecordandshallbe
4646 34usedexclusivelyforcommissionbusiness.
