2121 4 (1)Act,serve,orregisterasapaidlobbyist;
2222 5 (2)Engageincontractnegotiationswiththeexecutivebranchentitytheperson
2323 6previouslyservedifsuchcontractscouldreasonablybenefitfromprivilegedaccess,
2424 7knowledge,orrelationshipsestablishedduringsuchexecutivebranchservice;
2525 8 (3)Participateinanyconsultantrolethatdirectlyleveragespriorexecutive
2626 9branchserviceforprivategainonmatterscloselytiedtodecisionstheycontributedto
2727 10withintheiragencyordepartment;
