8	8	Relating to the conveyance of certain state property.

10	10	Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
11	11	Section 1. 1. The governor is hereby authorized and 1
12	12	empowered to sell, transfer, grant, convey, remise, release, 2
13	13	and forever quitclaim all interest of the state of Missouri 3
14	14	in property located in the County of Jackson, Missouri, to 4
15	15	the state highways and transportation commission. The real 5
16	16	property to be conveyed is a tract of land being a portion 6
17	17	of the tract described in the warranty deed, recorded in 7
18	18	book 656, at page 111, at the Jackson County, Missouri 8
19	19	recorder of deeds office and located in part of the 9
20	20	southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 8, 10
21	21	township 47 north, range 31 west in the city of Lee's 11
22	22	Summit, Jackson County, Missouri and being more -particularly 12
23	23	described as follows: 13
24	24	Commencing at the southeast corner of the 14
25	25	southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of 15
26	26	said section 8, thence along the east line of 16
27	27	said southeast quarter, nor th 02°18'16" east, 17
28	28	556.74 feet; thence leaving said east line, 18
29	29	north 87°49'52" west, 61.56 feet, to a point on 19
30	30	the north line of said tract, and being a point 20
31	31	on the west right-of-way line of north highway 21

50	50	01°12'54" east, 72.29 feet, to a point on the 40

55	55	2. The office of administration and the state highways 45
56	56	and transportation commission shall set the terms and 46
57	57	conditions for the conveyance, including the consideration, 47
58	58	except that such consideration shall not exceed one dollar. 48
59	59	Such terms and conditions ma y include, but are not limited 49
60	60	to, the number of appraisals required, and the time, place, 50
61	61	and terms of the conveyance. 51
62	62	3. The attorney general shall approve the form of the 52
