| 11 | 11 | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding there to 1 | |
| 13 | 13 | one new section, to be known as section 227.487, to read as 2 | |
| 14 | 14 | follows:3 | |
| 15 | 15 | 227.487. Any portion of highway that is part of the 1 | |
| 16 | 16 | state highway system; that is not located in Boone County, 2 | |
| 17 | 17 | Jackson County, St. Louis County, or St. Louis City; and 3 | |
| 18 | 18 | that is not otherwise designated prior to August 29, 2025; 4 | |
| 19 | 19 | shall be designated as "Donald J Trump Highway". The 5 | |
| 20 | 20 | department of transportation shall erect and maintain 6 | |
| 21 | 21 | appropriate signs designating such highways, with the costs 7 | |
| 22 | 22 | to be paid by private donations . 8 | |
