AN ACT
To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to designation of
infrastructure.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding there to 1
one new section, to be known as section 227.487, to read as 2
follows:3
227.487. Any portion of highway that is part of the 1
state highway system; that is not located in Boone County, 2
Jackson County, St. Louis County, or St. Louis City; and 3
that is not otherwise designated prior to August 29, 2025; 4
shall be designated as "Donald J Trump Highway". The 5
department of transportation shall erect and maintain 6
appropriate signs designating such highways, with the costs 7
to be paid by private donations . 8
