| 12 | 12 | Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by addi ng thereto 1 | |
| 13 | 13 | one new section, to be known as section 227.879, to read as 2 | |

| 15 | 15 | 227.879. The portion of State Highway 364 from CST 1 | |
| 16 | 16 | Bryan Road continuing east to State Highway K in St. Charles 2 | |
| 17 | 17 | County shall be designated the "Sergeant Colin I Arslan bas 3 | |
| 18 | 18 | Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall 4 | |
| 19 | 19 | erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such 5 | |
| 20 | 20 | highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of 6 | |
