AN ACT
To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a
memorial highway.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by addi ng thereto 1
one new section, to be known as section 227.879, to read as 2
follows:3
227.879. The portion of State Highway 364 from CST 1
Bryan Road continuing east to State Highway K in St. Charles 2
County shall be designated the "Sergeant Colin I Arslan bas 3
Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall 4
erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such 5
highway, with the costs to be paid by the department of 6
transportation. 7
