| 13 | 13 | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: | |
| 14 | 14 | Section A. Section 574.050, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 | |
| 15 | 15 | section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 574.050, 2 | |
| 16 | 16 | to read as follows:3 | |
| 17 | 17 | 574.050. 1. A person commits the offense of rioting 1 | |
| 18 | 18 | if he or she knowingly assembles with six or more other 2 | |
| 19 | 19 | persons and agrees with such persons to violate any of the 3 | |
| 20 | 20 | criminal laws of this state or of the United States with 4 | |
| 21 | 21 | force or violence, and thereafter, while still so assembled, 5 | |
