Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: Section A. Section 574.050, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 574.050, 2 to read as follows:3 574.050. 1. A person commits the offense of rioting 1 if he or she knowingly assembles with six or more other 2 persons and agrees with such persons to violate any of the 3 criminal laws of this state or of the United States with 4 force or violence, and thereafter, while still so assembled, 5 does violate any of said laws with force or violence. 6 2.
