1010 To repeal section 12.025, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to
1111 jurisdiction over Missouri land.

1313 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
1414 Section A. Section 12.025, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1
1515 section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 12.025, 2
1616 to read as follows:3
1717 12.025. [1.] Jurisdiction concurrent with that of the 1
1818 state of Missouri in and over land which is now, or may 2
1919 hereafter be, owned and used by the United States as an 3
2020 honor farm in connection with the operation of a federal 4
2121 penitentiary is hereby ceded to the United States for so 5
2222 long as the United States shall own and so use the land. 6
2323 [2. Jurisdiction concurrent with that of the state of 7
2424 Missouri is hereby ceded to the United States within the 8
2525 area comprising the "Ozark National Scenic Riverways" for so 9
2626 long as this area is administered and maintained by the 10
2727 United States. 11
2828 3. Provided that no part of this section shall apply 12
2929 to the White River watershed. 13
