| 13 | 13 | | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: |

| 14 | 14 | | Section A. Section 12.025, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 |

| 15 | 15 | | section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 12.025, 2 |

| 17 | 17 | | 12.025. [1.] Jurisdiction concurrent with that of the 1 |

| 18 | 18 | | state of Missouri in and over land which is now, or may 2 |

| 19 | 19 | | hereafter be, owned and used by the United States as an 3 |

| 20 | 20 | | honor farm in connection with the operation of a federal 4 |

| 21 | 21 | | penitentiary is hereby ceded to the United States for so 5 |

| 22 | 22 | | long as the United States shall own and so use the land. 6 |
