Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: Section A. Section 12.025, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 12.025, 2 to read as follows:3 12.025. [1.] Jurisdiction concurrent with that of the 1 state of Missouri in and over land which is now, or may 2 hereafter be, owned and used by the United States as an 3 honor farm in connection with the operation of a federal 4 penitentiary is hereby ceded to the United States for so 5 long as the United States shall own and so use the land. 6 [2. Jurisdiction concurrent with that of the state of 7 Missouri is hereby ceded to the United States within the 8 area comprising the "Ozark National Scenic Riverways" for so 9 long as this area is administered and maintained by the 10 United States. 11 3.
