1010 To repeal section 526.010, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to

1313 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
1414 Section A. Section 526.010, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1
1515 section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 526.010, 2
1616 to read as follows:3
1717 526.010. 1. Injunctions may be grante d by a circuit 1
1818 judge[,] or an associate circuit judge. 2
1919 2. In any action in which the state or a statewide 3
2020 official is preliminarily enjoined from implementing, 4
2121 enforcing, or otherwise effectuating any provision of the 5
2222 Constitution of Missouri, an y Missouri statute, or any 6
2323 Missouri regulation, the attorney general may appeal the 7
2424 preliminary injunction. 8
2525 3. Within fifteen days of August 28, 2025, the 9
2626 attorney general may appeal any preliminary injunction that 10
2727 existed prior to August 28, 202 5, under subsection 2 of this 11
2828 section. 12
