13 | 13 | | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: |

14 | 14 | | Section A. Section 526.010, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 |

15 | 15 | | section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 526.010, 2 |

16 | 16 | | to read as follows:3 |

17 | 17 | | 526.010. 1. Injunctions may be grante d by a circuit 1 |

18 | 18 | | judge[,] or an associate circuit judge. 2 |

19 | 19 | | 2. In any action in which the state or a statewide 3 |

20 | 20 | | official is preliminarily enjoined from implementing, 4 |
---|
21 | 21 | | enforcing, or otherwise effectuating any provision of the 5 |

22 | 22 | | Constitution of Missouri, an y Missouri statute, or any 6 |

23 | 23 | | Missouri regulation, the attorney general may appeal the 7 |
