AN ACT 
To repeal section 526.010, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to 
injunctions. 
 
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows: 
     Section A.  Section 526.010, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1 
section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 526.010, 2 
to read as follows:3 
     526.010.  1.  Injunctions may be grante d by a circuit  1 
judge[,] or an associate circuit judge. 2 
     2.  In any action in which the state or a statewide 3 
official is preliminarily enjoined from implementing, 4 
enforcing, or otherwise effectuating any provision of the 5 
Constitution of Missouri, an y Missouri statute, or any 6 
Missouri regulation, the attorney general may appeal the 7 
preliminary injunction. 8 
     3.  Within fifteen days of August 28, 2025, the 9 
attorney general may appeal any preliminary injunction that 10 
existed prior to August 28, 202 5, under subsection 2 of this 11 
section. 12 

