11+BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
12+SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Subsection 3 of section 44-04-18.3 of the North Dakota
13+Century Code is amended and reenacted as follows:
14+3.Any record containing the work schedule of employees of a law enforcement agency
15+or the department of corrections and rehabilitation is exempt.
