19 | 19 | | a."Antisemitism" means a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as |

21 | 21 | | individuals, property, community institutions, and religious facilities has the same |

22 | 22 | | meaning as the working definition of antisemitism adopted by the international |

23 | 23 | | holocaust remembrance alliance on May 26, 2016, including contemporary |

24 | 24 | | examples of an ti semitism and incorporated by reference in presidential executive |

25 | 25 | | order number 13899, published on December 11, 2019 . |

26 | 26 | | b."Holocaust" means the systematic, bureaucratic, state-sponsored persecution |

27 | 27 | | and murder of approximately six million Jews by the Third Reich and its allies and |

28 | 28 | | collaborators during World War II. |

29 | 29 | | c. "Nazi" means the national socialist German workers' party, a political party that |
---|
30 | 30 | | rose to power in 1933 and governed Germany until 1945. |
