The following constitutes the reasons for this bill and the purposes which are sought to be
accomplished thereby:

LB113 amends the craft brewery license to increase the allowance for licensed premises from
five to up to ten separate physical locations. €The bill also amends the microdistillery license
to increase the allowance for licensed premises from five to up to ten separate physical
locations and to allow a holder of such license to directly sell for resale up to 5000 gallons
per calendar year of its own microdistilled products directly to retail licensees located in
Nebraska.
