263 | 263 | | generated by means of a low- or zero-emission generation |

264 | 264 | | technology that has substantial long-term production potential |

265 | 265 | | and may include, without limitation, the following energy |
---|
266 | 266 | | sources: solar, wind, hydropower, geothermal, landfill gas, |

267 | 267 | | anaerobically digested waste biomass or fuel cells that are not |

268 | 268 | | fossil fueled. "Renewable energy" does not include fossil fuel |
