8	8	AN ACT making appropriations to the Peace Officers’ Standards
9	9	and Training Commission for the replacement of certain
10	10	systems, furniture, vehicles and computer hardware and
11	11	associated software; and providing other matters properly
12	12	relating thereto.

15	15	THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
16	16	SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

18	18	Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General
19	19	Fund to the Peace Officers’ Standards and Training Commission the
20	20	sum of $2,079 for the replacement of a portable recording system.
21	21	Sec. 2. There is hereby appropriated from the State General
22	22	Fund to the Peace Officers’ Standards and Training Commission the
23	23	sum of $120,500 for the replacement of an access control system for
24	24	facilities.
25	25	Sec. 3. There is hereby appropriated from the State General
26	26	Fund to the Peace Officers’ Standards and Training Commission the
27	27	sum of $55,782 for the replacement of office furniture.
28	28	Sec. 4. There is hereby appropriated from the State General
29	29	Fund to the Peace Officers’ Standards and Training Commission the
30	30	sum of $19,250 for the replacement of vehicles.
31	31	Sec. 5. There is hereby appropriated from the State General
32	32	Fund to the Peace Officers’ Standards and Training Commission the
33	33	sum of $6,486 for the replacement of computer hardware and
34	34	associated software.
35	35	Sec. 6. Any remaining balance of the appropriations made by
36	36	sections 1 to 5, inclusive, of this act must not be committed for
37	37	expenditure after June 30, 2025, by the entity to which the
38	38	appropriation is made or any entity to which money from the
39	39	appropriation is granted or otherwise transferred in any manner, and
40	40	any portion of the appropriated money remaining must not be spent
41	41	for any purpose after September 19, 2025, by either the entity to
42	42	which the money was appropriated or the entity to which the money
43	43	was subsequently granted or transferred, and must be reverted to the
44	44	State General Fund on or before September 19, 2025.
45	45	Sec. 7. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval.
