Extends the authorization granted to the county of Clinton to impose an additional one percent of sales and compensating use taxes until November 30th, 2025.
Increases the number of traffic-control signal photo violation-monitoring devices that may be installed in New York city to six hundred intersections; extends certain provisions authorizing photo-monitoring devices until December 1, 2027.
Exempts the Crittenden Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. located in the town of Alden, county of Erie, from the forty-five percent limit on non-resident members.
Prohibits the use of state funds for non-residents seeking an abortion or any other procedure that results in the intentional termination of a pregnancy at any stage of gestation.
Enables certain taxpayers to donate money towards horse retirement and rescue programs by providing a tax check-off box; establishes the gift for the New York state horse retirement and rescue fund; directs the commissioner of agriculture and markets to compile a list of approved horse retirement and rescue programs.
Exempts the East Dunkirk Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. from the requirement that the percentage of non-resident fire department members not exceed forty-five percent of the membership.
Authorizes the assessor of Nassau county to grant the World Restoration Center Inc. retroactive real property tax exempt status upon an application therefor.
