Paragraph (l) of subdivision 1 of section 73-a of the 2 public officers law, as amended by section 5 of part A of chapter 399 of 3 the laws of 2011, is amended to read as follows: 4 (l) The term "filing rate" shall mean the higher of the job [rate] 5 rates of SG-24 as set forth in paragraph a or c of subdivision one of 6 section one hundred thirty of the civil service law as of April first of 7 the year in which an annual financial disclosure statement shall be 8 filed. 9 § 2. This act shall take effect on the first of April next succeeding 10 the date on which it shall have become a law.
