Section 5 of chapter 672 of the laws of 1993, amending the 2 public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of 3 facilities for certain public libraries, is amended by adding a new 4 subdivision 55 to read as follows: 5 55. "The Community Library", which is located in Cobleskill, New York. 6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
