STERN -- read once and referred to the Committee on Economic Development AN ACT to amend the state finance law, in relation to making technical corrections to a definition for purposes of the excelsior linked deposit program The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 25 of section 213 of the state finance law, as 2 added by chapter 587 of the laws of 2022, is amended to read as follows: 3 [25.] 26. "Certified service-disabled veteran-owned business enter- 4 prise" means any service-disabled veteran-owned business enterprise as 5 provided for in [section three hundred sixty-nine-h of the executive law 6 and certified pursuant to section three hundred sixty-nine-i of the 7 executive law] article three of the veterans' services law. 8 § 2.
