PALUMBO -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Procurement and Contracts -- reported favorably from said committee and committed to the Commit- tee on Finance -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT relating to permitting the Setauket fire district to enter into contracts with the state university of New York at Stony Brook for the sale or donation of emergency equipment The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding sections 99-r and 103 of the general munic- 2 ipal law and section 176 of the town law, the Setauket fire district may 3 enter into agreements and/or contracts with the state university of New 4 York at Stony Brook for the sale or donation of a fire truck or other 5 emergency equipment. 6 § 2.
