Prohibits persons, firms or corporations engaged in the retail business of selling firearms from selling, delivering or transferring child operated firearms; defines "child operated firearm" to mean a pistol or revolver manufactured 1 year after the effective date of these provisions which does not contain a childproofing device or mechanism incorporated into the design of such pistol or revolver to effectively preclude an average 5 year old from firing same; makes violations a class A misdemeanor.

Relates to the criminal possession of a ghost gun; makes such possession a class C felony unless you are a licensed gunsmith or dealer in firearms with intent to manufacture and/or distribute such firearms; requires educational materials shall be provided for no less than 2 years after the effective date of such provisions.
Authorizes children 10 years of age or older to load and fire a rifle, shotgun or pistol at a shooting range while under the supervision of a qualified person; increases from 18 to 21 years of age the minimum age of a person who may be designated in writing by the parent or guardian of a child to supervise such child while he or she is shooting.
Repeals a provision excluding kindergartens, pre-kindergartens, or nursery schools for children three years of age or older, or after-school programs for children operated by a public school district or by a private school or academy which is providing elementary or secondary education or both from the definition of child day care.
Makes it a class B felony to be a straw purchaser for firearms or to allow the use of your firearm in the commission of a class A or B felony.
Authorizes, in the county of Chautauqua, the possession of a pistol or revolver while attending a firearms familiarity, safety, loading and firing course conducted by a law enforcement agency.
Prohibits the advertisement of firearms as combat weapons; exempts the advertisement of such rifles, shotguns, or firearms for the purposes of recreation, hunting, self-defense or other legal uses of such firearms.
Establishes the class A-I felony of criminal use of a firearm for possessing a deadly weapon or displaying what appears to be or is a rifle, pistol, revolver, shotgun, machine gun or other firearm during the commission of a class A or violent felony; repeals the offenses of criminal use of a firearm in the first and second degrees.
Relates to the regulation of three-dimensional printed firearms; provides that a person who intentionally sells, distributes, or disposes of a three-dimensional printed firearm is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
