Paragraph (d) of subdivision 2 of section 400.00 of the 2 penal law, as amended by chapter 371 of the laws of 2022, is amended to 3 read as follows: 4 (d) have and carry concealed by a justice of the supreme court [in the 5 first or second judicial departments], or by a judge of [the New York 6 city civil court or the New York city criminal] any court in the state; 7 § 2.
