Subdivision 3 of section 485.05 of the penal law, as 2 amended by section 2 of part C of chapter 55 of the laws of 2024, is 3 amended to read as follows: 4 3. This act shall take effect on the first of November next succeed- 54 ing the date on which it shall have become a law.
