Section 4 of part KK of chapter 55 of the laws of 2022, 2 amending the general municipal law and the town law relating to author- 3 izing fees and charges for emergency medical services, is amended to 4 read as follows: 5 § 4. This act shall take effect on the ninetieth day after it shall 6 have become a law and shall apply to health care claims submitted on or 7 after such date[; provided, however, that this act shall expire and be 8 deemed repealed four years after it shall have become a law]. 9 § 2.
