RYAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Labor AN ACT to amend the workers' compensation law, in relation to defining mental health practitioners with diagnostic authority The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 1 of section 13-b of the workers' compensation 2 law is amended by adding a new paragraph (r) to read as follows: 3 (r) "Mental health practitioner" shall mean an individual licensed 4 pursuant to article one hundred sixty-three of the education law who has 5 met the requirements for diagnostic privilege set forth in section 6 eighty-four hundred one-a of the education law. 7 § 2.
