115	111		BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
116	112		SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
117	113		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.308 of Title 69, unless
118	114		there is created a duplication in number ing, reads as follows:
119	115		The bridge over Elk Creek on State Highway 9 located
120	116		approximately one (1) mile west of Hobart in Kiowa County shall be
121	117		designated as the "WWII Doolittle Raider – Bombardier Sgt. Robert
122	118		James "R.J." Stephens Memorial Bridge". The De partment of
123	119		Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
124	120		name to be placed on the bridge.
125	121		SECTION 2. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
126	122		in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.309 of Title 69, unless
127	123		there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
128	124		The bridge over Flat Creek on State Highway 34 located
129	125		approximately one-half (0.5) mile north of West Madison Avenue near
130	126		the town of Carter in Beckham County shall be designated as the
131	127		"U.S. Army PFC Keith N. Cantrell Memorial Bridge". The Department
	128	+	of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing
	129	+	that name to be placed on the bridge.

	163	+	Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
	164	+	permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.

	166	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.311 of Title 69, unless

	168	+	The bridge over Muddy Boggy Creek on State Highway 43 located
	169	+	approximately one (1) mile east of the town of Coalgate in Coal
	170	+	County shall be designated as the "Stiles Brothers Vietnam Veteran
	171	+	Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause
	172	+	suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the
	173	+	bridge.
	174	+	SECTION 5. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
	175	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.312 of Title 69, unless
	176	+	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
	177	+	The section of U.S. Highwa y 69 in Ottawa County beginning at the
	178	+	intersection of Newman Road then extending north to the intersection
	179	+	of Commerce Street in the City of Commerce shall be designated as

	212	+	The section of State Highway 18 beginning at Deep Rock Road and
	213	+	extending north three (3) miles in Payne County shall be designated
	214	+	as the "Terry L. Hoggatt Memorial Highway". The Department of
	215	+	Transportation shall cause suitable per manent markers bearing that
	216	+	name to be placed on the highway.
	217	+	SECTION 7. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
	218	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.314 of Title 69, unless
	219	+	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
	220	+	Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the bridge over
	221	+	South 129th Avenue on State Highway 51, also known as the Broken
	222	+	Arrow Expressway, in Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, shall be designated
	223	+	as the "Jennifer McClendon Memorial Bridge". The Department of
	224	+	Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
	225	+	name to be placed on the bridge.
	226	+	SECTION 8. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
	227	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.315 of Title 69, unle ss
	228	+	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:

	259	+	markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
	260	+	SECTION 9. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
	261	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.316 of Title 69, unless
	262	+	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
	263	+	Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the section of State
	264	+	Highway 28A beginning at the intersection of State Highway 66 near
	265	+	the Town of Foyil extending east to the int ersection of Interstate
	266	+	44 in Rogers County shall be designated as the "CSM Junior H.
	267	+	Honeycutt Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall
	268	+	cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on
	269	+	the highway.
	270	+	SECTION 10. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
	271	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.317 of Title 69, unless
	272	+	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
	273	+	The bridge crossing over the Washita River on U.S. Highway 62
	274	+	located three-tenths (0.3) of a mile east of the H.E. Bailey
	275	+	Turnpike near Chickasha in Grady County shall be designated as the
	276	+	"Ada Lois Sipuel Fisher Memorial Bridge". The Department of
	277	+	Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that
	278	+	name to be placed on the bridge.

	315	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.319 of Title 69, unless
	316	+	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follow s:
	317	+	The section of the U.S. Highway 70 Bypass beginning just south
	318	+	of U.S. 70 and extending south and west to the intersection of
	319	+	McLean Drive on the west side of the city of Durant in Bryan County
	320	+	shall be designated as the "Deputy Jarid Taylor Memorial Hi ghway".
	321	+	The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent
	322	+	markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
	323	+	SECTION 13. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
	324	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.320 of Ti tle 69, unless
	325	+	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
	326	+	The section of State Highway 78 beginning just north of the
	327	+	intersection of State Highway 22 extending northwesterly to the
	328	+	eastern municipal limits of Milburn in Johnston County shall be

	362	+	limits of Mill Creek in Johnston C ounty then extending northerly to
	363	+	the Murray County line shall be designated as the "Sgt. Clyde Runyan
	364	+	Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause
	365	+	suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the
	366	+	highway.
	367	+	SECTION 15. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
	368	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.322 of Title 69, unless
	369	+	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
	370	+	The causeway over Old Spiro Lake on State Highway 9 in LeFlore
	371	+	County shall be designated as the "Sgt. Maj. Marvail Lewis Memorial
	372	+	Causeway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable
	373	+	permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the causeway.
	374	+	SECTION 16. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
	375	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.323 of Title 69, unless

	414	+	N. Memorial Road in Tulsa County shall be designated as the "PFC
	415	+	Richard Tafoya Gurule Memorial Highway". The Department of
	416	+	Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bea ring that
	417	+	name to be placed on the highway.
	418	+	SECTION 18. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified
	419	+	in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1698.325 of Title 69, unless
	420	+	there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
	421	+	The section of State Highway 9 beginning at the intersection of
	422	+	Interstate 35 extending west to the intersection of U.S. Highway 62
	423	+	in McClain County shall be designated as the "Capt. David Arthur
	424	+	Peters Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shal l
