| 55 | 48 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: | |
| 56 | 49 | SECTION 1. NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | |
| 57 | 50 | in the Oklahoma Statutes as Secti on 104 of Title 66, unless there is | |
| 58 | 51 | created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | |
| 59 | 52 | A. Railroads, excluding short lines, operating within this | |
| 60 | 53 | state shall maintain a minimum of two crewmembers in the control | |
| 61 | 54 | compartment of the lead locomotive unit o f a train. | |
| 62 | 55 | B. Compliance with subsection A of this Section shall not be | |
| 63 | 56 | required during switching operations, brake testing, safety | |
| 64 | 57 | inspectors or while performing setouts in conjunction with road | |
| 65 | 58 | service. | |
